We started FlowNest after one too many nights of standing over the counter, shredding hot chicken with two forks and wasting time we didn’t really have. Meal prep, family dinners, and trying to eat better shouldn’t feel like a chore that eats up your whole evening. So we built our first product, the BulkPrep Chicken Shredder Bowl™, to turn a 10–15 minute job into a few quick twists.
